Chain oiler DEK, the perfect solution for economical chain lubrication with lubrication brushes or chain lubrication sprockets.
The STW DEK30 metering oiler is an electrically operated lubrication system for fully automatic chain lubrication with STW lubrication pinions or lubrication brushes.
It can be integrated into a system to be lubricated as a PLC-controlled lubricator or can be expanded into a fully autonomous lubricator using an optional timer (the STW DigiTimer) and the STW RelayBox.
“The digital drip oiler”
Each electrical pulse on the DEK30 dosing oiler causes the volumetrically defined quantity of 30 mm³, i.e. exactly one drop of lubricating oil per outlet, to be dispensed.
The combination of this chain lubricator with the STW DigiTimer as a timer therefore allows the absolutely accurate dispensing of lubricant in the range of 2 drops / sec to one drop in 99 hours.
