Chain lubrication
Schmiertechnikwerk is committed to the continuous development of good, proven lubrication systems in order to do maximum justice to today’s spirit of using resources sparingly and efficiently. STW metering lubricators, for example, are robust lubricators that are capable of metering lubricating oil with maximum repeat accuracy and process reliability. Lubricating pinions apply the lubricating oil precisely where it is needed. In this way, these components form a lubrication unit that achieves the maximum possible lubrication performance from the smallest quantities of lubricant. The patented chain lubrication pinion solutions from STW are available as versions with PU foam applicators (standard), felt applicators (for the food sector) or as spray pinions of the ChainRider® spray sprockets in order to lubricate even high-temperature applications automatically, permanently and efficiently.
Central lubrication
The STW centralized lubrication units type X1 and X3 cover almost all grease lubrication requirements. X1 is the small grease lubrication pump that can supply up to 35 lubrication points with grease when mounted centrally.
With a working pressure of up to 280 bar and a grease reservoir volume of up to 8 kg, the larger sister model X3 can supply an almost unlimited number of lubrication points via grease distributors (progressive distributors), which can even be designed as distributors with pre-distributors and sensor monitoring. The line lengths to the lubrication points are also enormous due to the high working pressure.
