STW metal articulated hoses for stainless steel coolant

Classic plastic coolant hoses are inexpensive… But this is only the case at first glance, because if you add in how often they have to be replaced, at least in part, and especially if you add in how much they cost in nerves… they are very, very expensive… 😉

STW VAK “LH” metal coolant hoses are extremely robust and durable. They are made of stainless steel (1.4305) and welded at the joints. This means they can be used at almost all temperatures (-100°C to +300°C) and can withstand immense pressures (up to 100 bar!!!).
The biggest advantage over conventional coolant hoses, however, is that VAK HL = “Hard-Locked” coolant hoses are firmly screwed together and firmly connected by captive union nuts and are not displaced by vibration or unbroken chips that form a lump in the production machine. The coolant jet remains reliably oriented in the set direction. This even allows the VAK-LH system to be used as an adjustable fastening solution or as an individually adjustable “hook”
The large “temperature tolerance” is particularly important when the “Locked-Hard” articulated hose system is used for the targeted blowing of hot or cold air.
