The STW LTG lubricators set the standard for the most modern automatic lubrication systems. The combination of robust electromechanics and outstanding, comprehensive control electronics allows these small lubricators to be used to an almost unlimited extent.
The mechanics:
A robust pump system with high-quality motor, gear and piston elements enables a delivery pressure of up to 70 bar. Such a high working pressure even allows the use of progressive distributors on these lubrication pumps in order to supply many lubrication points with grease at the same time.

The LTG lubricators can be used in 3 operating modes.
Hour mode: You can set the exact amount of lubricant and the time between each lubrication process according to your machine’s lubrication schedule, for example. Simple and easy to calculate. The lubrication process and the interval times naturally only take place when voltage is applied, i.e. when the machine to be lubricated is in operation.
Emptying mode: The operating mode known from classic lubricators, i.e. setting the emptying of a complete cartridge in months, is of course also possible with modern LTG lubricators. This means that the 250 g or 400 g cartridge can be emptied in one to 36 months. Of course, the lubrication time in this mode is also limited to the time in which the lubrication system is under 24 V voltage. Each voltage-free period extends the total emptying time.
PLC mode: The 24 V version of the LTG lubricator is also particularly suitable for integration into a machine control system (PLC). Not only can all fault signals from the small lubricator be evaluated via this control system, but the lubricant delivery of the LTG can also be controlled via the PLC. This makes it possible, for example, to carry out load-dependent lubrication as required via the machine control system.
