If a cost-effective solution is required for the reliable lubrication of e.g. bearings on electric motors, fans and pumps, conveyor systems, cranes and the like, a TLSD lubricator from SKF’s System 24 is the right choice.
It is particularly suitable for direct mounting at the lubrication point. All you have to do is unscrew the grease nipple and replace it with a 1/4″ adapter and the SKF grease dispenser can be screwed on.
The lubrication point equipped in this way no longer has to be lubricated by hand for up to a year, but is supplied with grease evenly and continuously in a way that would never have been possible with manual lubrication.
In contrast to gas pressure-operated lubricators, maximum reliability can be expected with this electromechanical variant, even with fluctuating ambient temperatures.
System 24 from SKF offers a wide selection of different greases to solve almost any lubrication task with this type of lubricator.
