The manufacture of these lubricating brushes with highly elastic, finely crimped stainless steel bristles on a corrosion-free stainless steel shaft and the use of brass plain bearings allows them to be used at temperatures of up to 300°C.
This makes the stainless steel roller lubricating brush the ideal solution for lubricating drive chains or conveyor chains in ovens or other hot environments.

The roller lubrication brushes are supplied with lubricating oil through the stainless steel hollow shaft, which is continuously distributed in the fine, wavy brush bristles and dispensed onto the lubricating chain.
A Ø4mm push-in fitting is usually attached to the hollow shaft (screwed into the M6 thread). The oil should be supplied as evenly as possible via a suitable oil supply system (e.g. DEK30 metering oiler or PIP.P lubricator). A simple drip oiler (gravity oiler) is generally not suitable for chain lubrication.
