“Rolling” lubrication brushes for chain lubrication in three widths. Ideally suited for duplex and triplex chains (also with interfering contours) up to a width of 40 mm. Two lubrication rollers must be used for even larger chains.

The roller lubrication brushes are supplied with lubricating oil through the stainless steel hollow shaft, which is continuously distributed in the fine, wavy brush bristles and dispensed onto the lubricating chain.
A Ø4mm push-in fitting is usually attached to the hollow shaft (screwed into the M6 thread). The oil should be supplied as evenly as possible via a suitable oil supply system (e.g. DEK30 metering oiler or PIP.P lubricator). A simple drip oiler (gravity oiler) is generally not suitable for chain lubrication.

“It all depends on the materials!”

STW roller lubrication brushes are made from the highest quality materials (Made in Germany). The bristles are made of a special highly abrasion-resistant polyamide, mounted on plastic plain bearings. The shafts, nuts, clasps and washers are made of corrosion-free stainless steel.

If lubricating brushes are required for high-temperature use that can withstand up to 300°C or lubricating brushes for the food industry, where individual bristles that may have fallen out must be detectable, we recommend roller lubricating brushes with stainless steel bristles.
