The XV grease distributor complete set is explicitly designed for combination with the STW-X3 centralized lubrication system. It contains all the components required to connect this standard distributor. In addition to the progressive distributor, this includes not only all the necessary high-pressure lines with the associated fittings, but also the sensor for circulation monitoring, which enables maximum function monitoring by the X3 centralized lubrication system.

The complete grease distributor set contains all the necessary components… these are:

• XV standard grease distributor with 3 to 20 lubrication points, each with a dispensing volume of 0.045 cm³
• 10m high-pressure supply line (840 bar) for connecting the grease distributor to the central lubrication system
• 2x high-pressure fittings for 840 bar lines
• Cycle sensor type XVS for circulation monitoring
• 10 m connection cable for cycle sensor
• 100 m transparent pressure line (56 bar) for connecting the lubrication points
• HD push-in fittings for the grease distributor

For the sake of simplicity, the progressive distributor set described here is a standard distributor that dispenses the same lubricant quantity of 0.045 cm³ at all outlets. You only have to select how many lubrication points are to be supplied.
In practice, however, it is often necessary to supply the different lubrication points of a machine with different quantities of lubricant. This is of course also possible with the XV standard distributors.
