The standard ChainRider chain lubrication sprockets are the simplest and most effective way of supplying roller chains with lubricating oil. The PU foam applicator ensures that the lubricant is applied exactly where it can reach the areas at risk of wear by the shortest route… namely at the link plates in the area of the chain pins.
Only there is the PU foam of the standard chain lubrication sprocket impregnated with chain oil minimally contracted in order to release its oil on contact with the drive chain to be lubricated.
Here, the lubricating oil penetrates as far as possible between the chain plates and further into the rollers, the sleeves and the pin… i.e. to the parts that move in relation to each other when the chain is running and where friction must be avoided.

The ChainRider chain lubrication sprocket is a maximally compact, patent-protected lubrication solution which, in combination with the associated mounting brackets and mounting rails, is designed to reduce time-consuming improvisation during assembly to a minimum. The required mounting space has also been reduced enormously thanks to the greatly shortened spring plate, without compromising the function of maintaining perfect contact pressure and contact even when the chain is swinging slightly.

STW standard chain lubrication sprockets are the modern lubrication solution for lubricating chains. In many cases, it replaces the lubricating brush and allows chain lubrication to be carried out even more efficiently. For this purpose, it is essential to operate the lubrication pinions with a precisely adjustable oil lubricator. A gravity lubricator or drip lubricator is generally too imprecise and therefore unsuitable. Chain lubricators are characterized by a precisely adjustable drop quantity per time, which can be reproduced and independent of external influencing factors such as temperature, lubricant type or fill level of the oil container, to dose the lubricating oil. The following chain lubricators are recommended for the STW standard lubrication sprockets:
