In the maintenance, servicing and care of larger systems or equipment, whether in industry or agriculture, it is an everyday problem that the lubrication points in the form of grease nipples are distributed throughout the machine and have to be found. Often difficult to access and dirty, they first have to be cleaned and then laboriously lubricated… and the bad feeling always remains as to whether a grease nipple has been overlooked…

Lubrication strips or grease nipple blocks offer a remedy. They are mounted in an easily accessible location and connected to the lubrication points via high-pressure lines. To do this, simply unscrew the grease nipples at the points that are difficult to access and replace them with a hose connection. Connected in this way, the lubrication strip forms the central point at which all lubrication points can be lubricated manually without having to search for a long time.

Even less experienced maintenance personnel can be assigned the task of lubricating a machine without any lubrication points being forgotten.

“Strip only”:
If you only select the lubrication strip, you will receive a high-quality galvanized lubrication strip for the desired number of lubrication points. Three threaded connections M10x1 in T-shape are connected to each other for each lubrication point. One connection is usually fitted with a grease nipple and one outlet with a screw connection for a high-pressure hose line or for rigid piping. There is now a free choice as to whether the lubrication line is mounted in the same axis as the grease nipple or at an angle of 90°. The third connection option that is not required is closed with the screw plug that is always supplied.

HD set:
Lubrication strip with standard conical grease nipples and high-pressure push-in connections (push-in) for grease applications.
This set is intended for high-pressure lines that can be used up to a maximum pressure of 60 to 90 bar, which corresponds to a line length of approx. 4 to 6 meters.
The big advantage is the quick and easy installation, as the grease line can simply be plugged in.

Set HS1:
Lubrication strip with standard conical grease nipples, cutting ring fittings and hose connections for HS1 high-pressure lines.
This set is intended for HS1 high-pressure lines that can be used with a pressure resistance of up to 280 bar for almost unlimited line lengths or even with increased back pressures in the lubrication points. The limiting factor here is the leverage on the hand lever grease gun. Also suitable for battery-operated lubrication devices.
This hose variant is somewhat more complex to install but is unsurpassed in terms of pressure resistance and durability of the multi-layered hose design.
