The principle of operating a powerful central lubrication pump with grease distributors makes it possible to implement large lubrication systems with little piping effort. In contrast to the X1 centralized lubrication system, which requires the laying of one line between the lubricator and the lubrication point, the X3 lubrication system with “branch lines” can always supply new “islands” with a grease distributor, which are located close to the lubrication points.
It is the high working pressure of 280 bar of the incomparably robust pump unit, paired with the standard integrated control unit, which allows maximum integration of grease distributors. The X3 is designed for use with STW-XV grease distributors. These distribute the grease pumped by the X3 lubrication unit to the various lubrication points. The high working pressure even allows the use of grease distributors arranged one after the other. It is therefore possible to install a pre-distributor that supplies lubricant to an XV distributor at its outlets. The XV progressive distributors can be fitted with a sensor and connected to the X3 central lubrication system for monitoring.
In the food industry, in power plants or sewage treatment plants, the ambient conditions are often simply not suitable for the free installation of a lubrication system. For these cases, we will be happy to make you an offer for a complete system, installed in a protective cabinet made of painted steel or stainless steel, depending on your requirements. We would be happy to include a built-in progressive distributor and signal light.
