La construction robuste de ces pignons de lubrification en acier inoxydable et le principe de lubrification sans contact permettent \u00e9galement leur utilisation dans ces cas. <\/p><p><strong>\u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est ainsi que le lubrifiant arrive&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Le fonctionnement :<\/strong><br>Le syst\u00e8me de lubrification de cha\u00eene PIP-Air de STW alimente automatiquement les pignons de la cha\u00eene en huile de lubrification \u00e0 des intervalles r\u00e9glables avec pr\u00e9cision. L&rsquo;huile de lubrification est transf\u00e9r\u00e9e sans contact sur la cha\u00eene \u00e0 lubrifier par le biais d&rsquo;une petite quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;air propuls\u00e9, \u00e9galement fourni par le syst\u00e8me PIP-Air. A l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de livraison, la cha\u00eene est pourvue ici d&rsquo;un coussin de graisse qui perd cependant souvent sa capacit\u00e9 de lubrification apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode de fonctionnement relativement courte.
